I received my Versa Lite for Christmas and up until a few days ago it was working perfectly. Now the screen wont swipe and I cannot move across to see heatbeat/steps on home screen. I noticed the battery is now running down quickly & charging quickly. I have updated settings/changed clock face etc. What can I do next to try to fix the problem?

TraceyMW, you and I have the exact same story/issue. I haven't figured anything out to fix it either.

I got my Versa Lite at Christmas and within the last week I can't swipe, battery is draining quickly, and charges quickly. I have tried all the common sense stuff but to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

I have the exact same problem. When I do a reset on my fitbit Versa Lite, the screen works for a short amount of time, but then it just goes back to not working. I need to charge it almost every day now because the battery drains so quickly. I am getting irritated with it.
