My watch did an update and after that it will not auto track my exercise. I have talked with tech support and they said my watch is defective. It is funny to me how it worked fine until that update. Does anyone know how to reset the watch to factory or do a reset so that firmware is not on the watch?

For the past two days, I have had over 90 minutes of activity (with over an hour consecutively each day) and even though I have synced my Fitbit several times, it does not log exercise days.
I’ve had no issues tracking exercise days prior to this. Is there a fix for this?
