My watch wouldn’t give steps etc, I updated the software, still wasn’t working so did a factory reset. It was fully charged now it won’t come on at all. Don’t know how to get it started again??

Hi @Carriek188, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Hi Ricardo, thanks for your reply. It’s completely unresponsive, it was fully charged before I did the factory reset but I still tried to charge it again with my sons Fitbit charger just in case mine wasn’t working but that made no difference. It only has one button on the side, there doesn’t appear to be any other way to turn it on.
