My Versa Lite stopped working while I was wearing it and wouldn't come back on. Didn't think the battery should've been dead as it was around 40% just a short time earlier, but I attempted to charge it anyway. Nothing's happening. Earlier that evening and right up to the point it died completely, for about 4-5 hours the watch would not sync anymore. Now the watch face won't light up, it doesn't vibrate when connected, I've tried two different chargers that have both worked great in the past. So I cleaned the contacts on the watch with alcohol and q-tips as recommended, did all the trouble shooting tips actually and I'm still in the dark, literally, as far as my watch goes. This happened about two nights ago and I've tried everything! Purchased 3/2020 and I've had no issues before this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
