I just bought the Versa Lite and at first I couldn't download Spotify because it said my watch wasn't updated. I got the update yesterday and managed to download Spotify on the watch and connect my account. Since then, it has only recognized that I'm playing music twice. Every time I try to open Spotify on the watch it tells me that there's no internet connection and to make sure phone is connected. I've tried on wifi and on data and nothing.. It just randomly decided to work a couple of times for whatever reason and then stopped.. I'm getting really frustrated with it. If anyone can help, it would be appreciated. My phone is Samsung S9 if that helps.

Try this: restart the Versa lite, then restart your phone, as see if that fixes it.

Yes, exactly! I got a notification today that I'm playing a song but when I opened Spotify it still said no connection etc.. It knows I'm logged in and playing it but the app just doesn't connect or something

Try turning off bluetooth on the phone, the restart the phone, then turn bluetooth back on. I haven't experienced this particular issue, so I'm just doing some guessing here as to the issue.

I tried everything.. But I don't think it was an issue with what I did.
Recent update on the Spotify app seemed to fix the issue. I had to unpair and pair device and login to Spotify again but hopefully it'll stick this time
