I had to reset my Fitbit and now it will not set up. It states there is an update and will not finish. I have tried to do the update with the app on two different Devices. I have kept the Fitbit on its charger and next to my router but it always fails after a couple of hours.
Any suggestions? I have been trying to get this recovered for three days.

I’m having the exact same issue. Nothing is working. I think the only alternative is to reach out to customer service.

I am going thru the same thing...my touch screen stopped working so I did a factory reset and now the update stops at 7%. I have left it running all night.
