Do not know how to delete, but the issue is solved. I had to have a replacement sent.
HI, I already had the update for a few days now, and I was testing out the add additional clocks feature. After selecting all my clocks my fitbit froze. So I did a reset, which has worked in the past, holding the button down and letting it reset itself.
Well that did not work, So I did the factory reset thinking I would have to just fix my settings again, but we are going on 10 hours now of trying to add my fitbit back to the app.
I start the process and then it says your device needs to be updated (firmware) I click continue and then it starts downloading but never gets pass 3%. Then it goes in and out of the download process saying that the Device can not be found.... when the device is sitting next to the phone, on the charger, or on top of the phone, on the charger.
I do not know what to do now!

@Shaniquadenise5, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa doesn't complete the firmware update and your phone doesn't find it during the update process.
I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned above before contacting our forums.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it finishes.
