Versa Lite not getting notifications from social media apps

Hey guys, so i just bought my fitbit versa lite and i have it set up and ready to go! i am able to recieve notifications on my fitbit from my messages and calls, but other apps like facebook and snapchat i cant get notifications. Ive checked everything online and ive made sure that share systems notfications is on. Im not sure what else to do?

Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
