Versa Lite not holding a charge

A few days ago my versa lite stopped holding a charge.  For example, at 7:00 this morning I took it off the charger at 100%.  It is now 10:30 AM and at 60%.  That's an incredible amount of battery loss.  At this rate, I won't make it until bedtime without it going to zero.  This has been going on for at least 3 or 4 days now.  Please help!!!

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Versa Lite that is not holding a charge.

 

If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article to extend battery life. In addition, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure as described here
