Hi
My Versa Lite isn't holding charge. I charged it yesterday and this morning it is in it's 60% range. I am now charging the fitbit every 2 to 3 days.
I only bought it in January but didn't receive it until Feb. My old one I had for a couple of years and didn't have any issues. This one i have had issues with charge, not syncing, not finding the heartbeat.
I have managed to get through the issues but now it's losing charge rapidly I am not in the mood to be buying another one so quickly.
Is there any help with this issue?
Cheers

Hi there @Nhodge30, welcome to the Community Forums.
As you may know, your Versa Lite battery should last up to 4 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or animated clock faces. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
Regarding the syncing difficulties, please try the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
About the heart rate, please take a look at this help article: What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
