Versa Lite not holding a charge

Hi I received  a Fitbit Versa lite for a Xmas present I’ve fully charged it twice and the battery 1st time only lasted 3 hrs and 2nd time lasted nearly 4 hrs I’ve tried all the trouble shooting advice even tried a factory reset but still hasn’t help

Probably best to get a replacement or contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
