So frustrated! Less than 6 months old, will NOT hold charge. Just taking it off charger, and placing on wrist eats 3%! This is my 3 Versa, 1st Lite. Versa’s before literally died within 2 months of warranty expiration.
i take very good care of my Versa.
this literally has me pricing and saving for an iWatch. Replacing these every 2 years? I’m OVER IT!

So beyond frustrated. Purchased than 6 months ago, and for the past 3 months, it will NOT hold a charge more than 12 hours. I've tried all the "tricks" and suggestions. I turned OFF notifications, and use the default screen. Literally I can take it off the charger (at 100% charge), and before I can even buckle the strap, it will be at 98%.
Is this for real? I have $40 knock off fitness tracker that is more dependable! Absolutely frustrating!

Hi @CoachHolm, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the input that was shared in your post, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa Lite was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
After following the above information, please check this help article for more tips and recommendations. This article includes as restart process that will refresh the device's performance.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.
