Versa Lite not logging active minutes

For the past few days, my Versa Lite has stopped tracking my walks. The same route with similar effort exerted  showed well over 40 active minutes with my heart rate in the orange and sometimes red zones. Now it’s showing blue for the same effort and route? Tried changing how snug it fits,,but no difference. What do I do? This is a feature I want to use, so it’s really frustrating that it’s not working properly.

 

purchased this device new back in July.

Hi @Miccicheb 

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa Lite. Have you tried giving it a restart? If not, please do so by holding down the button for 10+ seconds until you see the Fitbit logo. I have found that this often clears up similar issues.
