Versa Lite not receiving FB & Whatsapp notifications

Hello - my Versa Lite is not receiving notifications from Facebook, Facebook messenger or WhatsApp. I have tried to follow all the steps suggested on other topics but it is still now showing notifications. The apps also do not appear in App notifications settings section in Fitbit app. 
this was all working but few months ago I had problems syncing my watch with IPhone 11 and since then I’ve been unable to set this up again.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

Finally, monitor your Versa Lite and see if the issue gets fixed.

I am also seeing the same error, I haven’t been able to sync for about a month so I deleted everything and started over again. 
my calls and text messages are now coming through but not my WhatsApp. The option in the App is just “message” now instead of them being separate as before with text message and WhatsApp.
