Hi, I am unable to receive any notifications on my Versa Lite except for calls. I have tried all the troubleshooting solutions on the platform like rebooting, etc. Can you help me fix the problem?

Your phone is not on the Approved Devices list so may work for some functions and not others.

Mine is on the approved list and I am having that same issue.

Same issue...

Apart frm calls no other notification is coming ...

Furthermore even calls notification comes for few calls....need to sync again
