Hello, my versa lite quit showing text and calls. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and did the same with pairing to my phone. My phone is a motoz4 android. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi there, @Dragonfire11. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa Lite before reaching out. 

As a first approach, I'd recommend following the troubleshooting steps provide here Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I am here for the same reason. Rebooted my Versa Lite per suggestion on Fitbit help site the other day when this happened and it wouldnt synch still so I put it down (before I lost my temper) and a few minutes later got a text and it vibrated! Thought it was fixed then realize today not getting notifications again. Uninstalled and reinstalled app, tried everything....and it's not my phone (Samsung Galaxy S21+) because my phone sees my Versa! Just the app doesn't ! So I uninstalled my Versa Lite and tried to re-add to the app and now I can't add it to the app because it isn't seeing the Versa Lite (-_-) 

 

Would love to know what's going on!
