My Fitbit Versa Lite is paired with my Samsung Galaxy A10 phone, but it does not receive text or sms messages. I have ticked every box known to man and still nothing. Please, please help.

Just got my versa lite 2 days ago. I can receive phone and calendar notifications but not text. I’ve followed every instruction multiple times and nothing. So frustrating when you pay $200 for something and a simple text doesn’t work.

I had the same issue but I am persistent and kept messing with it and I figured it out. You have to go to your messaging setting on your iPhone under notification and turn show previews off and then back on

What finally worked,
i Did all that was listed In this forum
As well as on their site https://fitbit.secure.force.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1979#setup
Next i rebooted my iPhone, next I went to fbit app and clicked on notifications and reclicked text msgs off and back on. Hit sync and my text came through.
Unfortunately I don’t know which item created the connection, but it works!
