Hello, I have a Fitbit Versa lite with the app up to date as well as the Fitbit. I have premium and use the blood oxygenation clock face and I still cannot view the blood oxygenation or skin temp. I wear it to sleep every night and in the health metrics tab, it always says to wear my Fitbit to sleep for 3 days so it shows up, but it never has. I have also re-synced my device, rebooted my phone? Etc. How can I get these premium features?

In this case, please visit this article, open the menu "Why didn’t I receive SpO2 data?" and follow the instructions. In addition, you can restart your Watch by following these steps.
If you have followed our recommendations shared above without luck, please provide me with the following information:
- Do you see the SpO2 and Skin Temperature tiles in your Health Metrics in the Fitbit app?
- Do you see any error message or dashes in the SpO2 section in your Versa Lite?
- If possible, you can attach an image of what you see for further investigation.
