Versa Lite not responding to touch after reset

Hi everyone. My Versa Lite is not responding to touch and I reset it several times without any change. I read that if resetting the device didn’t work then I should turn it off but I can’t do anything on the screen so I’m unable to turn it off to test this. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Version 70.7.14 and iOS 13.4. Thanks!

Regarding the touchscreen issues that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
