I've tried the soft/hard reboot several times....and nothing. Changed the clock face AND repaired the watch to my device and Fitbit app... screen still not responding to touch and swipes. Any suggestions??

Awesome troubleshooting, since your versa keeps not responding to touch, believe the best is to contact the Fitbit Support Team . Mention what you've already tried to speed things up!
If recently bought at a store, fastest to exchange at the store of purchase with the receipt.
