Versa Lite not showing Sleep Score, REM, Deep Sleep since 1/1/2025

My Versa Lite watch and app are showing HR and minutes sleeping and awake but not Sleep Score, REM, or Deep Sleep since 1/1/2025.  I noticed another post suggesting having my spouse wear the watch and will try that.  My HR is rather low, so perhaps that is confusing it?  It has never been an issue in the years that I have owned it, however.

Well...! My spouse wore my Versa Lite on one wrist and her Versa 2, as usual, on the other, and there were several surprises!

• The Versa Lite started working again, as reported by previous posters.
• Her Versa 2 recorded only nine minutes of deep sleep while my Versa Lite recorded an hour and one minute (!!?)
• The other metrics did not match either, including overall score or time awake

All of this leads me to wonder about the utility of the algorithms of these watches ....
