Versa Lite not showing “Today” screen, it returns to Home Screen

My Versa Lite is not showing me the ‘Today’ screen info for tracking of my steps, calories, etc. It shows the ‘Today’ screen and then goes back to the Home Screen. I already restart it, changed some clocks and it still presents this error, Help Please!!

Hi. it would seem that the watch OS has got corrupted and the only way to resolve it is with a factory reset. However be very careful as it can stop the watch working altogether. Once fully charged and the factory reset is started wait 5 minutes before doing anything with the watch.

A factory reset from the Settings menu is different to a Shutdown or button restart.
