Hi 🙂 for the last 2-3 months, I’ve noticed my FitBit Versa Lite slowly stop working with certain features. It no longer:

- vibrates to give a reminder on hourly steps (I have this set to on)

- vibrates at 10k steps (this is also on)
- syncs with my FitBit app regularly (it unsyncs a couple times a week, even though it is still synced to my phone, so I have to restart it, and I lose some data/steps)

 

Any advice on how to fix these issues?
