Hello,
I have had my fitbit versa lite setup to my app for about an hour and I have updated all the applications. I apparently can have up to 7 stats displayed on the watch however there are only 3 options available to select. I have reset the device and I have shut it down and turn it back on. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
I did an update on my versa lite and ever since the data on the today app is not correct on the device. It is not updating my sleep or exercise data. I have shut down and restarted on and off the charging dock. Please provide advice.

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team with regards to your first post and saw they helped you to get the 7 stats on your watch.
About your second post, thanks for taking the time to restart it prior to posting here again. I was wondering if your sleep and exercise data are showing correctly in the Fitbit app? If so, would you mind sending me a photo of the data you're getting in your Fitbit's Today?
