My Versa Lite won't synch with my Google pixel 3 phone since new Android 11 update was installed yesterday. I have made 3 calls to customer service and have yet had any luck keeping the Versa Lite 2 synching. My time is off by 32 minutes right now and am unable to synch it. Does Fitbit have an issue with the Android 11 update? Will it be fixed?

Try the following procedure
Shutdown the watch and logout of the Fitbit App, restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices on.
Place the watch on the charger to start it.
Login to the Fitbit App and do a pull down to start a sync, then got the the phone home screen without closing the Fitbit App.
A sync popup should appear, click on it and it should do a pair and a link.
In the case it does not work for Android 11 probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
