My Versa Lite is not syncing with my laptop but it is with my phone. How can I get it to work with my laptop. I added it correctly.so I am confused. I'm wondering if the piece I plug into my computer is no longer working. I used that with my regular fitbit. Not sure if it goes with the Versa Lite.
Also, I cannot see my dashboard logs on my smartphone. Is this how it is supposed to be??
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Let me help you syncing your Versa lite with your computer. Ideally you would use your phone to sync your device as these have been designed to sync on the go to keep up with your active lifestyle. Still you can follow these instructions to sync your device.
Regarding your phone not showing your data, this is odd. Try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also make sure you are logged to the correct account as the same information should be displayed on your computer and your phone.
