My versa lite will not sync with my samsung S8. I tried all the trouble shooting I can think of and what I found in the forum. I even deleted the app and unpaired with my phone. Restarted phone and watch and then reinstalled the app. It paired up ok and then the sync once again failed. Nothing I have tried is working and I rely on my versa watch to track my heart sleep and exercise. It has been very helpful and as I need to keep track of things du to health issues.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.
Finally, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have tried everything in the troubleshooting article and nothing worked. I even did a factory reset on my Fitbit and reinstalled the app. It worked to first connect Fitbit with my S8 and then the sync quit working again withing a couple min of being connected. Obviously there is an issue with the latest update. I have had my Fitbit for a few mo this not and it worked perfectly until recently. If the problem can not be fixed them I may have to go with a different brand of fitness watch so I can track my heart rate sleep and everyday activities. I am not happy with Fitbit at this moment.
