Versa Lite not syncing with my phone

My versa lite won't sync? I've tried everything unpaired. Repaired. Deleted the app. Turned both devices on and off again and have now factory reset. Device either doesn't connect or comes up and red x in a circle when trying to update. Please can someone help

My date is fine, but time is off 2 hours almost. Not sure what to do

I’ve done all of that, there’s no Bluetooth from he Fitbit. Really angry because this one is a replacement for the previous one that had the same problem:-(

It's been happening to me too, phone Telstra Blade, tried force quitting, clear cache, uninstall and reinstall, And re pairing. Nothing works. It's messing up my Noom too because I can't sync my steps across, and I'm getting ready to ditch and toss in the bin. Help please.
