Hello, I have a few questions about sleep tracking and how to enhance my user experience.
I purchased the Versa Light about a week ago in order to track my sleep; I'm a known restless sleeper and have quite a few issues with waking up in the middle of the night and waking up during REM sleep. I bought the Versa Light with the express purpose of gathering detailed sleep data to map my sleep and troubleshoot my health.
However, I have only received a breakdown of my sleep stages twice since purchasing. The app has not given a reason for the lack of detailed sleep data, but from what I can gather from the forums, I am not wearing the watch properly. I've already seen the advice of wearing it two finger lengths above my wrist bone. Trust me when I say that no amount of tightening of the watch band will ever keep my Versa Light in that particular spot without it falling further down. I also have a very skinny and bony wrist, so I assume that the clock face cannot lay down flat and stay in place all night long with my restless sleep patterns.
My questions are the following:
Thank you in advance. Please let me know if I should provide screenshots of the app. I really want this to work, as this is literally the only function I care about.
