There’s a 3.2 mile loop in my neighborhood that I walk regularly. Some days, my Versa Lite comes fairly close to that for my miles. Other days, it is way off-today it said I walked 2.3 miles on the same exact loop? I understand that my pace and steps may vary from day to day, but how can the miles be that different from one day to the next?
Also, the heart monitor, which I need to be accurate due to some blood pressure issues, isn’t working well either. At one point while I was out of breath and sweating on a run, it showed I was in the blue zone or below. How is this possible?
Is this a common issue? Anything I can do to fix it?
