Versa Lite not tracking active minutes

I just did a 30 min full body workout...if I look within my app I can view the exercises yet my active minutes are on 0? After the workout I checked my app and it said an update was available so I updated it....still nothing.

I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it's not tracking your active minutes. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. Also, I'd like to share this help page which explains how your Fitbit device earns active minutes. Finally, monitor your watch for the next 48 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
