Versa Lite not tracking calories

I just got my versa lite yesterday, replacing charge 2. I switched mid day yesterday and everything was tracked fine after the switch. Today it only has my calories burned at the base level as if I didn't move all today. Also my 250+  steps per hour tracking only shows me completing it 1 hour which isn't correct. I made sure my weight was entered correctly and restarted 3 times.

@SunsetRunner Are the sensor lights blinking? If the calories are not tracked, it's usually due to heart rate not being recorded. Same will happen with active minutes and sleep. Please reboot your tracker by pressing and holding the back button for 10 seconds until Fitbit logo appears.

@SunsetRunner it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response. However, I'll be happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not providing accurate stats.

I'd just like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after following the troubleshooting steps that shared @Marrrmaduke.

In addition, you can also try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your device before the factory reset in order to avoid losing your current data.

Finally, monitor your Fitbit Versa and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep @Marrrmaduke and me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
