My versa lite stopped tracking my sleep during the night and has not had any heart rate data since. I have tried resetting, turning heart rate to off then back on, disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone etc and nothing is working. I went for a 20 minute walk today and only 18 calories recorded due to heart rate not being tracked.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep.
Finally, monitor your watch and see if it tracks your heart rate and sleep data properly.

Hi,
I have done every one of the steps listed and it is still not working. It has always worked before and suddenly stopped the other day. I have tried to email fit bit support but got a bounce back saying they no longer provide email assistance. Can you please advise how else I can get this resolved?
