Versa Lite not tracking heart rate while working out

Hi, 

My verse lite watch doesnt seem to pick up a heart beat when im.in workout zone (any type of workout), it cuts off and wont show a reading so my active minutes doesnt register, does anyone else have this problem?

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing, I understand how you are feeling. Occasionally your device may have difficulty getting a strong signal, especially during exercises that cause your arm to move vigorously. Try to relax your wrist and stay still for up to 10 seconds and the normal tracking should resume shortly.
