Versa Lite not tracking heart rate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Since a Tuesday evening after my run (it's now Friday) my fitbit versa lite has not been tracking my heart rate and my battery has gone down a lot quicker than usual for my same daily activities.

I had this issue back in November and as I was still under warranty (23rd April purchased) I got a replacement. Now this is the second device and seems to be reoccurring after only 5 month instead of the 7 month last time.

I've turned the heart rate on and off on the device. I've restarted the watch by holding the back button and I've also switched it off from the settings on the watch and back on. All with no success of the green sensor working on the back of the watch. Any help would be appreciated as this shouldn't really happen twice in less than 1 year for a quite expensive fitness watch.
