My Versa Lite stopped tracking my heart rate about a week ago. I also noticed that the LED lights are no longer working. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalled the app. I have tried a factory reset and whatever suggestions I could find in the forums and it's still not working. I am using Galaxy S8+.

Regarding the heart rate and sensor lights issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
