Versa Lite- not tracking heart rate

I now have a versa lite after having an ionic. The ionic always tracked my heart rate, had no problems but with the lite i've noticed its not always monitoring my heart rate. It has a lot of blips throughout the day where it goes blank. I have tried restarting the watch and turning the heart rate settings on/off. It works for about half hour then goes blank again and can't detect. I've tried adjusting the watch and tightening the strap too.

I can't seem to find the heart rate settings on the app or through the dashboard (looked everywhere and tried to follow instructions from fitibit posts/videos) to alter settings. I don't know if its faulty or if something just needs adjusting. Can anyone help?

h habe seit der letzten Woche selbiges Problem mit der Versa2. Habe ein IPhone 11 pro und es hat bis letzte Woche auch alles funktioniert. Ich muss die Versa2 immer auf Werkeinstellung zurücksetzen und dann klappt es kurz kurz mit der Anzeige der Herzfrequenz, allerdings auch nur für kurze Zeit. Die grüne LED blinkt geht dann natürlich
