Versa Lite not turning on or taking a charge

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This morning my versa lite just stopped working. The screen wouldn’t wake up so I thought it needed a charge but hours later still nothing. I’ve tried holding in the left button but that doesn’t work and now all connection to the app on my phone has gone too. Any ideas how to fix this or is there something wrong with the device? It’s only a few months old.

@Sunners, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for restarting your watch before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if your Versa vibrates when connected to the charger. In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Thanks. No it doesn’t vibrate and I was using a fit bit clock face.

@Sunners, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that provided some information about discrepancy issues that your Versa is experiencing via email.

I would like to know if the discrepancy and battery issues got fixed. In case the issue persists, please reply to the last email that our Support sent to you and they'll be happy to follow up and provide a solution.

Looking forward to your response.
