Hey! I'm new here and was curious if the community here would be able to help me troubleshoot for my Versa Lite. I've had it about 3 months, and taken good care of it, yet for some reason yesterday afternoon it turned itself off (with an almost full battery) and when I turned it back on finally (after putting it on the charger and manually turning it back on) it shut off again within a few hours. Is there any way to fix this? I was going to attempt a factory reset but as of this morning, I put it on the charger and attempted to turn it on again, yet the screen lit up (no logo or anything, just a lit up black screen) and turned off again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated! 😊
