My versa lite quit working completely. The screen went black, it had about a 50% charge prior to this. It will not turn on if I hold the button, just stays black. I've cleaned it and the charger per the instructions. I have had it on the charger for the last couple days and it still does not turn on. I have only had it for 7 months. Any other ideas of what to do?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Thank you for getting back to me. The heart rate sensors do not flash. The device is completely unresponsive. Nothing happens when I hold the button down for any amount of time. I read the article, but I don't think I can restart my device if it doesn't respond at all.
