This is my 2nd replacement of a Fitbit Versa Lite...this one has completely shut down, and will not turn on, whether on the charger or not. Nothing happens, the **ahem** thing is frozen on NOT ON! I have not even been able to push side button, 10 secs, to get it to re-sync...nothing can happen because it will not even turn on, even when plugged in on the charger.
Needless to say, this is disappointing to find that Fitbit products are not stable enough to reset or fix easily.
This unit is probably less than a year old, a replacement for the original Versa Lite I bought maybe a year ago or so. I am wondering if I was not sent a refurbished, not brand new, one on the warrenty replacement and that is why this one has just died, so completely useless now.
what do I do with this one now?
