This is an absolute joke.
I have been trying to update my brand new versa lite for 48 hours straight with no luck. Keeps failing. I am ready to throw the thing at a wall. I have tried EVERY thing suggested by your techs and nothing works. Clearly there's an issue with this product as it happens to multiple people. What a disappointment that you are selling it knowing this.. not happy.
