My fitbit versa lite isnt updating its been well over 24 hours and its not finishing. Loaded the update now my phone screen keeps loading a red bar over and over. My watch wont do anything but the fit bit logo.. I dont have a computer to try.. I have uninstalled the app refreshed it, turned both off and back on.. Help me!

Hi @Mom0f4, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it's not updating. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, run the firmware update again and see if it gets completed.
