Versa Lite not updating on Samsung,apple or windowns

I am really frustrated.    I have tried now for 3 days to update my versa lite but it keeps on giving an error.  I have tried all these different techniques on all 3 devices, Samsung, apple and windows laptop.   I tried all the advice online:

- switch of phone

-  switch of bluetooth

- unpair bluetooth

- disconnect device and try to load now device

- etc.

It goes to the point where it give a PIN and then connect.   Then as soon as I start the update it starts running for a while and then it gives a error message.  

Now the device is just showing the original start up screen and I cannot use it.   I am really out of ideas.

 

Any other ideas that I might try?
