Versa Lite not updating with iPhone

Is anyone experiencing problems updating their versa lite?

Thanks for participating in the Community Forums, let me help you to get your Versa Lite updated. I'd suggest to give a try to the following in the given order:

 

  1. Remove the Versa Lite and any other device from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Turn off other Bluetooth connections nearby. This is just for this process.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  4. Restart your watch.
  5. Open the Fitbit app, tap on your profile picture > Set Up a Device.
  6. Choose the Versa Lite, tap on replace device and follow the onscreen instructions.
  7. Then, accept the prompt to proceed with the firmware update. Make sure to keep your watch and phone next to each other until the process is completed.
