Versa Lite not updating

I am having multiple issues with my Versa Lite.  Originally it was just not receiving notifications on my watch from my Iphone.  I tried all the steps to fix this and none of them worked.  That is still an issue.

 

But my main problem now is I tried to update the software yesterday around noon and it was still going when I went to bed.  I can't get it to stop.  I have tried to uninstall everything and start over.  This didn't work.  Now my watch just keeps cycling from the welcome screen to the white Fit Bit logo. To the green Fit Bit logo and back to the welcome screen.  I don't know what else to do.  Please help!
