My Versa Lite has stopped vibrating so I’m no longer getting the hourly move reminders, and the alarms and timers don’t work.
How can I fix this?

Check that you do not have 'Do Not Disturb' turned on.

Purchased my Versa Lite at Christmas. Worked perfectly for about a month. Now everything works except the vibrations for reminders to move. The alarms and timers vibrate. I have reset, checked settings, etc. so I contacted Fitbit. Twice. They are aware of a problem and are working on a software update. They give a prepared response verbatim each time. I tried chatting with Fitbit. Same script. Software issues are not covered under the one year warranty. So there is nothing I can do until they maybe have a software update. I am so finished with Fitbit and should have spent the extra money for an Apple watch. I believe this is my 4th one over the last 10 years. Fitbit does not care about their customers only their wallets.
