Please help. My Versa lite is 15 months old. Never one problem with it at all. Swam 5 minutes in the shallow end with my kids and now it's dead as a doornail. Dashboard shows 70% charge. Tried holding back button down but nothing happens. No lights on the back. So disappointed. Hoping someone will offer some advice or Fitbit will fix/replace

I tried the restart option, as mentioned previously. Still nothing. What next?
