I had my Fitbit for 5 months and it's been working fine until now. It doesn't update I tried serval times, it only shows the fitbit logo on screen or "download the fitbit app to start" . It counts the steps but it wont show it on the display on the watch, only the fitbit logo shows. I've charge it turned it on and off serval times, logged out from the fitbit app but nothing is working. what can I do?

This is the first time I'm trying to connect this Versa Lite. It never updates. I had a blue line, but finally got rid of it. But it only shows the fitbit logo. I've tried connecting it to my computer to update it, but that's not working either. It won't swipe so I can't get to "about". Ive been at this for hours. I'm trying to decide if I should return it.

Yes, i am having this problem now too and have, I have plugged the charging cable into a computer and update over Bluetooth, restarted many times, but my screen is stuck on burn rate and wont show steps or heart info. Frustrating!
