The other day I went to a camp in the woods. My versa lite had been dead for a few days so I charged it there. When I came back to my cabin to retrieve it it showed the Fitbit logo and was cycling through the different greeting languages. I opened the Fitbit app and I tried to sync my watch but it wouldn’t show up in my Bluetooth. I checked on my friends phone and I wouldn’t show up in theirs either. I figured it must’ve been the bad connection at the camp and went home not worrying. I am now home with very good connection, and the versa lite will not show up in anyone’s Bluetooth once again. I’ve tried everything. I’ve reset my Bluetooth, restarted my phone (iPhone SE first gen, 13.6.1), I tried to restart the watch but it won’t let me. At this point it’s just showing the Fitbit logo and every time it times out it just turns back on again. I removed the versa lite from my account to see if that would work but it hasn’t. Another thing worth noting is that it has minimal damage, there are a few pixels that just show up as red all the time, which happened once I got out of salt water. I’m sorry this is so long but I really have tried everything and I don’t know what to do because I’ve only had this for 7 months.
